Our role
HisHer is an affiliate publisher and product-discovery service operated by an Indian company. HisHer is not the seller, merchant of record, payment processor, importer or delivery provider for products reached through seller links.
Purchases
Selecting a seller link takes you to an independent third party. Any purchase contract is between you and that seller and is governed by the seller's current price, availability, delivery, returns, warranty and customer-service terms.
Product information
Supplier data can change. HisHer does not guarantee that displayed prices, stock, descriptions or delivery estimates remain current after you leave the site. Verify important information on the seller website.
Restricted products
HisHer may hide, quarantine or remove products based on destination, age, mobile-store rules, affiliate terms or risk. Attempting to bypass regional or age controls is prohibited.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, HisHer is not responsible for a seller's goods, payment processing, delivery, refund decision or external website. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
